Our Plastics

We take great pride in the quality of materials and our paddle-making processes.  For the vast majority of our paddle orders, from the very basic to the very custom-designed and produced, we mostly fabricate our paddles from one of the following plastics. 

While we've made products from other plastics upon request, these materials are the best and most appropriate plastics you're going to find for use as hand fans and paddles, and even display signage for that matter.

Our 2mm and 3.5mm (thick) Cartonplast

When we began Better Bidders we knew the world wanted something better for their paddles, so we set out to create a material and price point that would serve our customers wishing to have a 'decent' paddle for their fundraising.  It took several years of  development, with lots of trial and error, but we've settled on two versions of our plastic that we feel serves the needs of our most cost-conscious non-profit customers.

We're most proud of our "Cartonplast" plastic.  We've designed it ourselves and have it produced in large sheets just an hour from us at a local plastics extruder..  Although it is made from polypropylene (just like traditional 4mm thick Coroplast), that is where the similarities end.  So don't make comparisons to it.  It is our own creation.  What is special about it you might ask?:
